What’s the difference between Mobile, Desktop and All Access?
Mobile covers the Android app, Desktop covers the native Windows app, and All Access lets the same user work on both with one set of books.
How are users counted?
Plans are priced per user, per year. Each plan includes one user, and you can add more at the additional-user price shown on each plan.
What happens to our data if we downgrade or stop paying?
It stays yours. Downgrading or cancelling removes access to paid features, not to your books — and you can export everything to SQLite, CSV, JSON or Tally XML at any time.
Which plan includes ArthBook AI?
The AI business assistant, OCR bill capture, forecasting and weekly insights are part of the Intelligent plan. AuditLab anomaly detection is included from Pro.
